University of Leicester maps Chinese bachelor's results onto UK degree classes using two university tiers. For the 2025 intake, applicants from universities on the "Key University List" need a weighted average of 82% for a UK first, 73% for a UK 2:1, and 65% for a UK 2:2. Applicants from all other recognised Chinese universities or self-study degrees need 85%, 75% and 70% respectively.

No GMAT, portfolio, or interview requirements appear in the 2025 policy document for Chinese applicants. If a programme page adds such a requirement, it will be stated there.
Other qualifications
The same policy page gives reference thresholds for Australian, New Zealand, US, Canadian, and Macau qualifications. For example, a US GPA of 3.0/4.0 is referenced for a UK 2:1 and 2.7/4.0 for a UK 2:2. All figures are marked as indicative; the final decision rests with Leicester's offer letter.
