On January 19, 2019, Weiqiao Textile Company Limited (“Weiqiao Textile” or the “Company”)successfully completed the annual audits of its quality management and environmental management systems.

Stafffrom the China Quality Certification Center (CQC) summarized the results of the audits ina discussion that covered personnel structure, national control standards, transition from old to new economic drivers, energy saving measures, investment in environmental protection facilities etc. andpraised the Company for its quality management efforts. The CQC staff also communicated with participants from the Company over some issues during the audits.In the end, the CQC audit group announced that Weiqiao Textile passed the annual audits.
